SUGAR DIAMONDS (TINY) APPLE GREEN/APPROX 38

Beautiful, realisticsugar diamonds. Tiny and elegant - approx 0.6 cm. Ingredients : Isomalt, DF&C Blue 1, FD&C Red 40, FD&C Yellow 5, Vegetable Oil.

PLEASE NOTE :These items are affected by humidity. Once received, store in an airtight container with silica gel sachet supplied in the pack. Place on food at the last minute to avoid exposure to the food,frosting or atmosphere. Do not refrigerate.

To prevent diamonds from misting over, they may be brushed lightly with confectioner's glaze. This will, however, cause a slight discolouration.

If the diamonds do mist over, the clarity may be restored by brushing them lightly with vegetable oil.
