PLEASE NOTE :These items are affected by humidity. Once received, store in an airtight container with silica gel sachet supplied in the pack. Place on food at the last minute to avoid exposure to the food,frosting or atmosphere. Do not refrigerate.

To preventemeralds from misting over, they may be brushed lightly with confectioner's glaze. This will, however, cause a slight discolouration.

If theemeralds do mist over, the clarity may be restored by brushing them lightly with vegetable oil.

Ingredients : Isomalt, latic acid, soybean oil, artificial flavours, sucrose, artificial colours (red No. 40, blue No. 1, yellow No. 5)
