Storage : 64 - 68 deg F in a closed container in a cool, dry place. do not refrigerate. maximum 60% humidity.
Preparation : Put the sugar pearls on a silpat mat and place them in a microwave or under a heat lamp to soften.
Colour : Add colour once sugar is softened and work into sugar.
Applications : For pulled and blown display pieces or mold work.
